Cancellation & Exchange

Order Cancellation:

  • An order may only be canceled if it has not been processed yet. Upon dispatch, our exchange policy will apply.
  • Pablo Mode reserves rights to cancel orders when the stock is not available, there is a problem in payment, or errors in the price.
  • We would rather recommend store credit or discount code instead of refunds.

Exchange Policy:

  • All items bought online can be exchanged within 2 working days from receipt of the item.
  • Exchange requests should be sent via email (pablomode.custom@gmail.com), SMS or WhatsApp, including a clear explanation of the reason for the exchange, to 03010945105.
  • The item must be unused, with original tags, untouched packaging, and a valid invoice.
  • Items must not show the presence of any odour, stains, or signs of use.
  • Items purchased on sale will not be considered for the exchange.
  • Pablo Mode can, at its own discretion, accept or deny exchange requests.

Damages and Claims:

  • Exchange requests for damaged items, incorrectly sized items, or wrong items with manufacturing defects will be considered for exchange.
  • Claims within the first 2 working days of receiving the goods are to be made along with the original invoice.
  • Please allow up to one week for processing damage claims.
