Return Policy:
- Returns can only be made for items incorrectly delivered or damaged items.
- Return request must be done within 2 days of the delivery of the order.
- The item returned should be unused; contain all original tags and packing.
- Proof of purchase (order invoice or confirmation email) is required.
Return Process (no cash refunds):
- To make the request for return, you may contact any of our customer service representatives by email, phone or message.
- When we have verified the returned item, we will issue the holder with a store credit voucher of the same value as the goods returned. Such a voucher may only be used on Pablo Mode online store.
- Pablo Mode is strictly classified into “No Cash Refund” policy.
